Pricing & Specifications
All prices shown on the Product Giant’s website are the cost to you in US funds. Please note these cost do not include freight or any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The purchaser shall pay all such costs and taxes if applicable. Prices, products, options and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product Giant is set up for electronic payment. The website accepts Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service required. Your total shipping cost will be estimated and displayed during the checkout process, if you choose our carrier option. Actual shipping costs may vary.

Note that Product Giant has stock throughout the US and product will be shipped from the closest FOB point. This may result in orders being split. The shipping estimator will calculate the freight cost this way.

During check out, you have the option to ship via your preferred method collect. This allows for special shipping instructions as well. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

Freight Damage
All shipments must be fully inspected before accepting goods from the freight transportation company. Make sure each itemized article is received as per original bill of lading and our order confirmation. Any shortage, damage or suspected damage must be written on the delivery receipt and given to the driver. Although Product Giant’s responsibility for loss and damage ceases after goods are accepted for shipment by the carrier, we will gladly assist you in notifying or filing freight claims and getting damaged and or lost material replaced or repaired.

Returns and Warranties
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A standard return will arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking cost were applicable.

Before returning product, call (888) 454-4480 for a return product authorization (RPA). No returns will be accepted by Product Giant or its vendors without this prior authorization. The RPA will provide return information including product return location(s). This may or may not be the original FOB point. Product Giant inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on products that are damaged, misused or non-resalable.

All products are warranted for (1) year by the manufacturer to the extent of their express warranties to Product Giant. These products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the manufactures normal use and service guidelines. Product Giant in no event shall be liable under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of business, profits or labor costs resulting in the use of or inability to use products purchased from Product Giant.
